Returns policy
Return window
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and the item you would like us to review.
Eligible items
Items must be unused, unwashed, free from marks or damage, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Items purchased on sale, personalised items, and items showing signs of use are not eligible.
Assessment
Once the item is received, we check its condition before approving the return or exchange. Keep the item safely packaged until the review is complete.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. An exchange is subject to the replacement item being available. Any difference in price is settled before dispatch.
Return delivery
The customer covers return delivery unless the item received is incorrect or damaged on arrival. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
