These Terms of use apply when you browse, create an account, contact us, or place an order through shopgirlyessentials.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, provide information that is accurate and current, and follow the policies linked from the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may use Manage account to update your details or permanently delete the account. Deleting an account does not cancel an order or remove a legal obligation that arose before deletion.
We aim to keep product names, descriptions, photography, colour options, size information, availability, and prices accurate. Colours can look different on different screens. Product availability can change, and an item is not reserved until an order is accepted and payment is confirmed. We may correct an obvious catalogue or pricing error and will explain the available next step if it affects an order.

An order is processed after the required payment has been successfully verified. A payment authorisation or browser callback alone does not guarantee that an order has been accepted. When enabled, payments are processed through Paystack or another provider shown at checkout, and that provider's terms may also apply.
Delivery areas, zones, fees, and estimated timelines are shown on the delivery page and at checkout. You must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and a reachable phone number. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier access, public holidays, weather, traffic, or other events outside our reasonable control. We may contact you to confirm delivery details.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to the current Returns policy. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and the correct process. Items should be returned in the condition required by that policy, with any included packaging or accessories where applicable.
Any promotion, discount, or campaign may have additional terms shown with it and may be withdrawn or corrected where necessary.
